Service and Extracurricular Activities

Bundles of Joy

During my hours of volunteering at Bundles of Joy, I collect donated items and create care packages for struggling families.  I also work at the store front desk, helping mothers shop for themselves and their children.

School of the Holy Child Bundles of Joy Club

Our club meets once a week to make blankets for the Bundles of Joy Organization.  We  organize and host multiple clothing drives.  These drives collect clothes for children up to 7 years old.  The clothes are then sent straight to the Bundles of Joy headquarters in Bronxville, NY.

School of the Holy Child Feeding America Club

Throughout the school year, I help the club leaders organize multiple food drives for the Mamaroneck Community Resource Center.  We count and sort all of the donated items and then pack them in boxes and send them off to the Resource Center to be distributed.

Varsity Cross Country

I meet with my team everyday after school (September-November) for two hours of training. Practices consist of long distance running, weight training and stretching.  We have 6 meets per season.

JV/Varsity Lacrosse

The team meets for practice everyday after school (March-May) for two hours.  We have approx 10 games throughout the season.

St. Joseph's Youth Ministry

The group meets monthly to create meal packages for the HOPE Soup Kitchen in New Rochelle, NY. We also prepare for our annual Midnight Run in New York City.

School of the Holy Child Cross Country Social Media Manager

I am in charge of creating Instagram posts and story highlights for the Holy Child running program. Our mission is to promote the program and expand the team.
