  • Prepares and executes synopses, acquisition plans, sole source selection plans, solicitations, and any other required procurement documents in compliance with the applicable regulation (FAR, DFARS, DLAD, DEPI, etc)
  • Monitors the procurement progress for the Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) and to meet the required Time-to-Award metrics implemented by DLA
  • Reviews requirements received from the supply planners to ensure continuity from prior contract awards or any urgent one-time awards during the last cycle are included; as a result, identifies any discrepancies to ensure all customers’ requirements are included by the supply planners
  • Manages the solicitation through its entire phase, issuing amendments, answering potential offerors' questions, conducting pre-proposal conferences, as necessary
  • Creates and manages all actions in pre-award and post-award in the Enterprise Business System (EBS), E-procurement, and confirms the awards flow through to the required systems (FPDS, DIBBS, etc) in compliance with the regulatory deadlines
