As a nursing assistant, my duties involve providing essential care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. I assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. I help monitor vital signs like blood pressure and temperature, and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff. I also offer emotional support, creating a compassionate environment while helping patients with hygiene and ensuring their surroundings are clean. Additionally, I assist nurses with medical procedures when needed and ensure proper communication between patients and healthcare providers. My role is crucial in supporting patient care and recovery.

Planned and developed individualized meal plans for residents, ensuring nutritional requirements were met based on specific dietary needs and restrictions. Coordinated meal delivery, ensuring that each resident received meals that adhered to prescribed diets (e.g., diabetic, low sodium, renal, and mm5and sb6 diets). Collaborated with healthcare providers and kitchen staff to create balanced, nutritious menus while considering residents’ preferences and medical conditions. Monitored residents’ progress, making adjustments to meal plans as necessary to improve health outcomes. Provided dietary education to residents and staff, promoting healthy eating habits and proper portion control.
