• Procured new tenants, negotiated lease and renewal contracts from start to finish, managed third-party listing brokers, implemented strategic marketing initiatives, collaborated with internal real estate departments, such as legal, property management, construction, and tenant coordination, and maintained strong relationships with existing tenants and key industry professionals.

• Spearheaded the leasing efforts for a multi-state portfolio consisting of 18 retail shopping centers across Arizona, California, and Washington State, totaling approximately 3.1 million square feet of gross leasable area.
• Sourced prospective tenants, negotiated all new leases and renewal contracts, managed third-party listing brokers, reviewed financial statements, developed marketing strategies, and conducted in-depth market and competitor analysis reports.

• Led the leasing efforts for the Southern California retail portfolio, consisting of 11 major shopping centers, totaling approximately ≈2.6M sq. ft. of GLA.
• Sourced new leasing interest, negotiated new leases and renewals, analyzed tenant financial documents, prepared strategic leasing plans, and analyzed market conditions.

• Served as a retail agency leasing broker and represented 25 retail listings for institutional and privately held ownership clients, while also managing the leasing for Kroger’s excess space portfolio, including 16 Ralph's and Food 4 Less supermarket locations.

• Served as a retail leasing and sales broker in Southern California, represented up to 20 landlord listings, in addition to several tenant representation accounts.
