I go to the gym five to seven times every week. I've been exercising for the past three years and have learned a lot about fitness. I'm surrounded by a lot of individuals who believe in me and are thrilled about my fitness future. My long-term ambition is to become a Nampa County certified firefighter. My EMT class begins this summer, followed by my fire service technical class in the fall. I've been training a couple of clients one-on-one for the past three years. Tanner, a good buddy of mine, has helped me achieve one of my major goals. He began his adventure with a 6'6" frame and a weight of 324 pounds.It's been a tough road for him, but he's already lost 100 pounds and is now at 223.5 pounds. He has put forth a lot of effort to get to where he is now. Although having a trainer can be beneficial, it is your own personal motivation that will get you the most results.
