Joining the United States Air Force five years ago has helped me grow personally in the areas of mentorship, leadership, communication, and being a contributing coworker who promotes a cohesive team. I have also learned the importance of balancing family life with the demands of work. The military has shown me the importance of active listening and learning the skills neede to perform a job effectively as a team. Learning these skills has enabled me to be a leader and instructor in the Weapons Standardization program. This grew my career through teaching Airman and NCO's how to load munitions safely, effectively, and reliably.
