Work History
Community & Library Services Supervisor
10 Years 4 Months- Duties and responsibilities below represent three (3) supervisor positions which I've rotated through via lateral transfers.
- Supervision of multiple facilities including City and Great Park Athletic Facilities, field reservations and allocations, Great Park Tennis Center, tennis programming, adult sports, and Park Ambassador Program.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise as many as 45 part time staff, three (3) Program Coordinators, and one (1) Community Services Specialist.
- Execute, administer, and evaluate as many as 50 sports officiating contracts, 70 youth athletic contract class instructors, including the development of MOUs and contract service agreements with various non-profits.
- Develop, monitor, and administer an annual operating budget as high as $4.5 million, with a revenue commitment of nearly $6 million.
- Coordinate and oversee programs and activities utilizing Joint Use Agreements between the City and both Irvine Unified School District and Tustin Unified School District.
- Development and coordination of Capital Improvement Project recommendations for various athletic, community, and neighborhood parks.
- Previous experience serving on the Emergency Operations Team representing the Athletics Section, and currently trained to supervise and operate an emergency shelter.
- Led training sessions for staff on best practices in community outreach and service delivery.
- Oversaw budget planning and resource allocation for various community service projects and programs.
Community Services Program Coordinator
8 Years 7 Months- Planned, coordinated, and supervised recreational programming, summer camps, and facility reservations, enhancing community engagement and participation.
- Planned, coordinated, and supervised daily recreational programming, adult athletic programs, youth summer camps, and reservations at multiple facilities.
- Supervision of over eight (8) Athletic Facilities including Bill Barber Community Park and Harvard Athletic Community Park.
- Recruited, hired, trained, and evaluated staff and volunteers for multiple programs, aligning team efforts with strategic objectives to improve service delivery.

6 Years 7 Months- Promoted, enforced, and supervised policies and procedures for facility users and program participants, ensuring safe and efficient operations at community centers and athletic facilities.
- Recreational programming and summer camp support staff at Deerfield Community Park.
