  • Hand selected to hold two leadership roles as the squadron Aircrew Instructor and Operations Leading Petty Officer. From these roles I have been able to lead fifty six Loadmasters in gaining their qualifications, passing flight evaluations, and maintaining a one hundred percent mission readiness.
