Summary

Ambitious student pursuing Mechanical Engineering degree. Skilled in CAD/CAM Design and Machine Operations in high tolerance machine shop settings. Adaptable and driven with strong work ethic and motivation to thrive in team-based or individually motivated scenarios. As a result of training and experience I can be entirely self-sufficient when reading and interpreting Engineering drawings, GD&T and Iges models. During my training I was taught to supervise and operate machines safely as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment without needed supervision. I aim to improve productivity and work closely with team members to complete work efficiently.

ACTIVITIES AND HONORS

Member, Alumni Association, President Haltom Robotics international team captain, 4 years contributing and pioneering the Robotics program at Haltom High School, eventually forming a District wide team across Birdville. At Haltom, the newly formed team notably competed in the international FIRST Robotics competition against teams including NASA in Houston and many others based around the world, eventually competing overall on the World Championship stage. Each year the competition game requires a custom Robot and I contributed with rapid prototype concepts and design aspects for each one. I worked on every design in Autodesk Inventor, which helped grow my CAD skills and created practical custom components for robot functionality. This experience helped reference me with engineering mentors, and catapulted my career in machining and engineering into the future., References are available upon request.
