At my time at Jim and Pete's, I learned how to operate and articulate POS systems and their contents to a thorough degree, as well as how to maintain the equipment and communicate with staff regarding the sales and dates recorded through them. I am very efficient at handling on-call and in-person communications, and I have a vast amount of experience helping customers, and navigating through new or unique situations. I very much enjoy interacting with customers of all ages, and I have had no trouble assisting them whatsoever. I'm extremely capable of handling multiple tasks at once, and I am very grounded in my time management, preparing myself for the various duties that come per shift and assessing when would be best to execute them. As of my time of employment, I have also developed essential money-handling skills and consistently recognize how to avoid making mistakes that could impact customer satisfaction or increase the difficulty of operation. I have been trained as a server as well, and am fully capable of waiting tables and delivering food upfront, and am fully accustomed to utilizing the POS systems for ongoing services, as well. I've been trained to handle paperwork regarding all financial affairs, consisting of staff and business transactions, and I have been formally trained in the sanitation and cleanliness of an establishment. I'm very open to new tasks and actively enjoy working, and get along extremely well with other staff members in a professional setting, while also being very efficient at handling problems that may arise in the workplace regardless of size or quantity, and do not struggle under pressure or unfamiliar scenarios.
