  • Lead and Facilitate all aspects of a new Die set tryout on press lines at TMMK, from die arrival to SOP. Work together with TEMA PUGI/Die manufacturing/Stamping PE/Stamping GM to achieve QA net and GOSHI requirements
  • Lead Pre Tryout Safety meetings at every tryout. Ensuring all voices are heard and JSA singed before starting work.
  • Work directly with TEMA PUGI and Die Man/ TMMK tool and die to complete all QA net items(Lead/solder measurement, pressure paper, FAT), and gather all items needed for accuracy and formability measurements.
  • Facilitated smooth communication between involved groups by maintaining communication with supervisors and colleagues regarding production status updates or concerns that arose during tryouts.
  • Assisted in training new Pilot members on safety protocols,machinery operation, and best practices.
  • Maintained Detailed tryout reports, working with all involved parties, to track, identify and countermeasure any and all issues with new die sets.
  • Lead die transfers from other NAMC's, coordinate and work with TMMC members to facilitate successful transfer of 3 die sets for 320B model to TMMK.
  • Work directly with QE and TEMA PUGI to determine Ok/NG on die repair done after sheared punch on 380D die set. Communicated findings and level up needed to all involved groups.
  • Participate in 200D NMHC activity in TMMI with team members from all NAMC's.
  • Facilitated the packaging and shipping of finished panels or blanks to other NAMC's and other locations.
  • Lead New die set tryouts for other NAMC'S, worked closely with their TM's to achieve QA and GOSHI goals before shipment of dies to home NAMC
