• I have operated a stand up grinder and hoist system for small and large parts, including parts that weighed several tons. This is often in high temperatures with full uniform on, where safety, precautionary measures, and attention to detail are skills I have used on a day to day basis. In addition, I have experience in operating pneumatic tools, operating a forklift, and a blast machine.

• Demonstrated adaptability in adjusting techniques based on varying geological conditions encountered during the project.

I was responsible for operating large forklifts with large clamps, that move oversized materials. During this time I was also responsible for extreme safety awareness, while operating this machine, due to the fact that the materials that I was moving were extremely flammable.

• In my time at Caterpillar, I held multiple roles and I wore many hats. Duties of mine included but were not limited to; working with diesel engines, as well as advancing to a supervisory position. I managed my team of new hires to ensure they were properly prepared for their new positions. This was a very safety-oriented job, so exhibiting safety protocols to the team was imperative as there was heavy machinery and potentially dangerous equipment being worked with frequently.

• I worked many roles in this job. I would guide heavy machinery such as guiding the drivers of the motor vehicles through their wash experience. I also excelled in sales as there was an element of suggestive selling required to ensure the customer has the correct package for their needs. This was a customer facing role, so I would simultaneously engage with both the customers and the team I was in charge of which required effective communication and multi-tasking skills.
