Since 1992, I have worked in the Plant-Based Culinary and Wellness Industry, trying to innovate and move it forward. With over 3 decades of experience, I have worked at events like Expo West & Expo East, Veg Fests, Raw Living Foods Expo, Food as Medicine Symposium, Wellness Fairs at Whole Foods, Pharmaca & Natural Grocers plus the Infra Retail Show, Home and Garden Show and many Health Food Market vendor Fairs. I created a years long brand partnership with NUNM, the leading Naturopath School in Portland, Oregon.

I have worked with hundreds of companies like Coconut Bliss, Vega, Flora, Aloelife, Pamelas, Andean Dream, Eden, Equal Exchange, Cliff Bars, Namaste, Quorn and many others.

I can educate, sell, showcase, prepare, bake and food craft with a very wide variety of natural foods, medicine and grocery products. My Education background and my training in New York, at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, gave me a healthy foundation on how to work in the Natural Food Industry, with an outstanding record of Sales. Though not listed, I have worked at many Natural Food Markets, Cafes and Juice Bars. I have been a solo private chef and worked in large kitchens . I can adapt, as a self-starter, and as a team player. I have as many references on my Sales performance as you would like. I was the leading Sales Rep at Healthforce Superfoods, out selling all my fellow Reps. My average Gross sales were $400,000 per year. I had a very tight budget and am a wizard at using a creative, profitable and fun approach with the hundreds of accounts in my territory. During Covid, I took over 2 peoples territories, plus my own.
