My job description was quite lengthy for this facility, I literally did it all. From simply daily preventative maintenance on forklifts and various equipment around the floor (sheet metal brakes, punches, shears, cnc plasma table, cnc laser, various brands of welding machines, paint booth and spray system, wash bay and chemical dosing pumps. I wasn't limited to just preventative maintenance I was also responsible for troubleshooting and fixing anything that broke in the facility. Including but not limited to diagnosing electrical problems, rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, replacing overhead hoists, climbing inside machines to make repairs, and fixing invisible light curtains for safety.

Fixed axles, floors, and bearings on trailers as well as installed flatbeds/ bale beds on new and used vehicles

• Installed and repaired electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conducted inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes and standards.
• Collaborated with team members to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Maintained tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Assisted in training new electricians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Led a team in executing large-scale electrical installations, ensuring quality control.
• Worked from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings, on roofs and on towers.
• Installed and wired electrical transformers, service panels, and circuit breakers.
