  • Serve as member of the Superintendent's Cabinet.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the district’s vision and goals.
  • Provide guidance to the Superintendent on human resource matters, including workforce staffing, employee relations, legal services policy development and compliance.
  • Oversee HR functions, including supervision of the Human Resource Director and Human Resource Department, to deliver professional, responsive, supportive, and efficient service to all district employees.

Labor and Employee Relations

  • Work to provide employees with a friendly, healthy, inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee and manage employee discipline and investigation processes, ensuring thorough and fair investigations, accurate documentation, and legal compliance.
