I started in as a groundman and learned the trade relatively quick and got a spot as a lineman after less than two months of working there. Then proved myself and took top lineman on our crew after 5 months. since ive worked there i have learned to build strand,copper,fiber,innerduct. I can set poles, anchors, down guides. I have learned to lash/overlash. I can run a digger, bucket truck and excavator. i also have my Class A cdls. We do alot of offroad/onroad build and i can climb and operate our bucket.
