Effectively maintain two facilities, each are roughly 16,000 square feet. Duties include plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, landscape, building exterior, and appliance maintenance. Maintenance equates to repairs and installation in all aspects. Duties also include the ability to schedule and communicate with all types of trades and contractors to get projects done as quickly as possible. Another key point to this occupation is to effectively get projects done with the essence of making sure the facilities run as efficiently as possible, regardless of whatever project is being constructed. Along with these duties, the maintenance technician is the backing of setting up facility ran events.

Duties included organization of tools and workshop, task execution in regards to duties on the job site, assist in social media management, and creation of epoxy pieces in which the customer describes. Job sites include residential properties where the company is hired to remodel a room, usually bathrooms and/or kitchens. Along with a full remodel, the company offers an epoxy product used for shower walls, kitchen countertops, vanities, wall art, etc. These pieces are are created from scratch in the company's workshop.

Responsible for maintaining all facilities at main site named Mountain View Court Apartments in Sequim, WA. This includes 72 two bedroom units, 3 laundry rooms, a maintenance sop which is attached to one of the laundry rooms, the office building, the exterior of the 13 buildings in total, and the common area of the property which is 3.63 acres. This job consisted of many objectives including remodeling vacant units before deadlines, completing work orders in resident's apartments, customer service with said residents, emptying units that were evicted, landscaping, and communicating with contractors.
