From 1988 to 2016 I worked for the same employer first known as Waterfield Insurance where I started as a Customer Insurance Rep then a Dept Mgr, than Office Mgr, then Operations Mgr. In approximately 2005 Waterfield was acquired by Huntington Ins where I maintained a management postion until approx 2011 when I requested to be relieved of all management responsibilities and placed back into a customer service role until I retired in 2016.
