
-Reject Handler- assigning documents to the -correct template or send to correct department.
-Administrator program- utilize to see where batches are in the system once scanned. See where batches are if they are not processing.
-Batch Tracker- check hard copy batches against batch tracker to see if all documents have processed correctly and reconcile once batch is completed.
Incoming Mail- sort mail to be batched and ready to scan.
Scanning- scan batches to correct IA process: claims, charges, tax, etc
Outgoing Mail- sort printed documents and letters by state addresses to be sent out in bulk.
Run envelopes through mail machine for postage while selecting the correct department to be charged and correct postage is selected: certified, priority, presort, etc.
