Assisted Pre-op staff by obtaining patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and sat02. If patient was a diabetic, I had to obtain his or her blood sugar level.

Documented the vital signs on the patient's medical sheet.

• Supported patient mobility by transferring them from bed to chair or other locations using proper lifting techniques, reducing the risk of injury for both patients and staff members alike during such activities.
• Promoted good oral and personal hygiene by aiding patients with shaving, bathing, and teeth brushing.
• Checked patient vitals signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.
