  • Customer Service – Department was seeing high abandonment rates due to new billing software that was implemented. Hired and trained 7 new people to get the calls down and customer service abandonment rates back down.
  • Claims Resolution-Worked through over 10,000 claims issues to get the AR down to less than 270 days.
  • Posting Team-Team posts $6 million and was continuously asking for overtime to get the monies posted by the end of the month. Worked through processes and streamlined different insurance companies remittance sets to get the monies posted without overtime.

Given several projects to work with different departments to implement new software as well as interactivity between departments. Evaluated help desk software to implement at RML. Evaluated customer needs for reporting purposes which includes requesting phone service from the different phone companies around the state, and paid all related bills associated with the phone companies.
  • Given lead position over the tech support area. Duties include working with 4 people to get all jobs completed in a timely fashion and coordinating their time so jobs can be completed.
