Connie Watson

I have worked with all ages of children at the center. I have been at Kids First for 19 years come October 18, 2023. My favorite group to work with is the infants to toddlers, I have been with this group the majority of my time. I have loved my job and the things I teach them, seeing the accomplishments they make through the years. I have trained new employees. If its there to do I try my best to help. I have worked the kitchen and done dishes, I do love my job. I tell people you haven't seen anything until you see one of the babies you've had walk down and graduate from Kids First. It's such a blessing.

• Developed weekly lesson plans and activities to engage children and promote learning.
• Established positive communication with parents in daily conversation and formal conferences.
• Maintained organized, fun and interactive classroom to help children feel safe.
• Gave one-on-one attention to children while maintaining overall focus on entire group.
• I was also the Director assistant and later the Director before moving to Northwest Arkansas
