Accomplishments

  • In 2014 I was charged with developing a Safety Action Plan for Chevron Salt Lake City that Veolia was in jeopardy of losing the contract for Industrial Cleaning and an action item was to fully implement and train the employees of the branch with the Safe Operation of Vacuum Trucks. I was given 6 months after an unsuccessful Chevron audit to prove that our company can provide vacuum truck support and operate vacuum trucks safely. Chevron conducted another audit at the 6-month mark and the auditor could not believe the difference that was made in that time and we successfully retained the contract. I was asked by Chevron and my Company to do what I did in Salt Lake City to Chevron Richmond Refinery, Chevron El Segundo and assist Chevron Pascagoula with implementing the Safe Operation Of Vacuum Trucks at their sites.
  • In Oct 2017 I was asked to help with a Super II Turn Around at BASF Freeport, TX since their Safety Manager had left prior to the turn around. The Safety Program had not been kept up with and my manager at that time offered me a position in the Clute, TX office and transferred me from North Salt Lake, UT to Clute, TX in order to get the Branch back on track on and upkeep on the safety program.
