Passionate, creative, efficient, accountable, certified Culinary Arts student seeking to further my skills, strengths, and education in the Culinary Arts field. I have completed of a 2-year Vocational Culinary Program, in which I have focused on learning and practicing food preparation of diverse cultures, as well as service, presentation of meals, and maintaining sufficient inventory. Currently employed as a line cook at a detail-oriented local restaurant. I am experienced in all 4 stations: grill, fry, saute, and garde manger.
