As a Walt Disney World Merchandise Cast Member, individuals play a crucial role in creating a magical and memorable experience for park guests through their engagement in merchandise operations. As a TD Bank teller I served as the face of the bank, providing essential guest services by efficiently managing various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. With a keen eye for detail, tellers ensure the accuracy of transactions while adhering to established policies and procedures. Beyond handling routine transactions, tellers also offer information on account balances, promote banking products, and address customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. As a MarketSource sales captain it was my sole responsibility to drive sales in a way of helping the guest select the best product that would fit there needs. As a sales captain I had to make fellow sales reps schedules as well as help them learn and grow. Some tasks included working the basic functions of a register, being able to speak clearly and with confidence towards guests, and be able to have a clear understanding of guests specific needs.
