  • Manage a team ranging from 6-12 frontline Specialists, including real-time coaching that has resulted in record-setting performance
  • Developed and wrote net new Sales Operations training material detailing process and procedure for 16 Specialty Accounts, including presentations detailing how to quality check custom paperwork from the various accounts.
  • Led teams that supported the Gov/Ed & Hospitality Verticals, including numerous E-Rate entities, with a special focus on Key Accounts, including CALNET, DIR, New York State, International Hotel Group, and State of Ohio.
  • Participated in providing E-Rate training to frontline Specialists annually to review new processes relating to our boundary partners, including the proposal team.
  • Led cross-organizational Tiger Team meetings with Order Operations and Sales Operations leadership up to the Senior Manager level to ensure alignment between our teams & centers.
  • Led team meetings as needed in which I tailor system and business updates to easily-consumable bits of information that best serve my team
  • Developed an onboarding process that yielded high-performance specialists at an expedited pace
