  • Originally focused on operations in the main dining hall for two semesters, and subbed in for the Director in there absence.
  • Worked closely with Directors, General Manger, Controller, and Residential District Manager to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Created schedules for all employees to hit financial totals provided by the RDM and GM.
  • Processed and managed pay roll for about 30 union employees, while managing temp labor.
  • Helped lead and coordinate marketing promotions in the dining hall in the absence of a marketing manager.
  • Help provide numbers to the RDM for a strategic plan created for Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 semesters.
  • Later, was moved to oversee both retail locations on campus containing containing 15 employees, 2 vending machines, and a MOA.
  • Owned and managed retail POS system created a strategic plan for how to correctly implement it for a user friendly experience.
  • Managed and made ordering for both locations, while also creating order-guides and par-lists to help the team reduce food costs.
  • Boosted profitability by analyzing sales data and gaining customer feedback to identify popular menu items and adjust offerings accordingly.
  • Assessed the effectiveness of implemented changes periodically, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance metrics and feedback from staff members.
