Duties including producing state-of-the-art coating systems for the military, aerospace, forestry, and industrial industries such as polysiloxanes, nonskids, chemical agent resistant coatings, and 1K/2K products in a MIL-SPEC, ISO Certified facility.

• Overseeing Paint Production department including responsibility of training new employees, troubleshooting and fixing equipment and machinery issues, general knowledge to troubleshoot and correct formulas, working alongside Quality Control department, record keeping, reporting directly to shift supervisor, and overall responsibility for department.
