A motivated and adaptable individual with strong communication skills, fluent in both Haitian Creole and English. I have grown up on a 150-acre farm my whole life, caring for goats and cattle, which has always been my passion and the career I plan to pursue. Being homeschooled allowed me to have a very practical, hands-on childhood—riding dirt bikes, welding, woodworking, pulling engines apart, and being creative in the shed have always been some of my favorite things to do.
Growing up on a farm instilled in me the values of hard work, reliability, keeping my workspace clean and orderly, and getting in and getting the job done. I enjoy challenging work and am always looking for opportunities to grow and build my skill set. I have a strong work ethic, work well in a team, and am always willing to listen and learn. I am highly self-motivated and committed to any role I take on, always striving to improve and develop my abilities.
Over the last year, I have volunteered at many rodeos and was asked to be the PA for the Tamworth PBR and the National Finals Rodeo. I am also starting to announce at smaller events, developing my public speaking and event management skills.
I have also demonstrated my leadership and commitment at a Jiu Jitsu gym in Tamworth, where within a few months I was teaching and assisting kids’ classes. My role included running warm-ups and interacting with both kids and parents, and I was later nominated school captain that year.

Enthusiastic and valuable worker eager to make a positive contribution to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent time-management skills. Motivated to learn, grow and excel in the science sector and develop a long-lasting career.

I am a very enthusiastic and cheerful individual with a high regard for team-spirit and optimum performance. I see new tasks as stepping stones for greater achievements and knowledge; and find it conducive working where my activities will allow me to interact with people of diverse culture, race, genders and religion while upholding the interest of my employer. My main objective is to work with people; supporting them through difficult times as I deliver the best care following the policies of the organization, furthermore, ensuring that vulnerable people, are safeguarded from harm. Amongst other skills, the ability to empathize is one of my strong skills. I can also set boundaries and accept the limits of what can be accomplished during a specified period. I can confidently say I can listen carefully, without any form of judgment. I also have a high value for self-evaluation and welcome every opportunity to receive feedback on my performance from clients, supervisors and other sources, although I do not substitute this for self-awareness. I believe that being able to evaluate one’s own performance is an invaluable skill.
