Having experienced Divisions 1, 2 and 3 as both a player and as a coach, I have gained plenty of invaluable insights that I can bring forward with me in my journey. I believe in strong relationships with my players, and always foster a positive, yet demanding environment for them. While I am a goal-driven individual, I also understand the value of process-driven goals, and emphasize those values within my teams as well.
