As a slab foreman I have a crew of 3 team mates who work directly under me. It is my job every day to communicate with them what we are doing for the day. Read blueprints and execute building parts of bridges along with communicating with our rebar and carpenter's shops to make sure we have everything we need. As well as communicating with our plant manager if there are any problems pertaining to pouring on schedule.
