Summary

I've spent the majority of my professional career in people development roles where I've been able to implement processes and sustainable training programs that have helped automotive dealerships develop their staff. I currently am responsible for around 35 dealerships and oversee the production of roughly 300+ managers within those stores.

I got back into hockey as a passion project, and helped develop the Henderson Force program to go on to have their best season in franchise history. I took a team from almost no import players to nearly 10 foreign players and helped balance team finances along the way. With player advancement, I've helped place 5 of those players at the tier 2 level for 2026/2027.
