  • After receiving a promotion for leading my tracking team in all metrics, I became an operations analyst. I was responsible for the day to day and big picture operations of one of the largest accounts at the company - Seneca Foods. I handled everything from booking the shipments, to problem solving a million different transportation issues, to quoting. I was in constant contact with the customer throughout the day and went on many in person customer visits to maintain a strong relationship.
  • Over time I became responsible for winning shipments off of their spot quote board as well through expert quoting and lane analysis. I worked on several SOPs for the customer to ensure it ran smoothly when I was out and in off hours. I was also the second/backup operations analyst on several other large accounts that I would help out with throughout the day.
