Primarily, my current roles objective is to ensure that our high standards are met regarding the quality and accuracy of each individual audit related to our respective clients. This includes, but is not limited to, having a clear understanding of each States rulings within the scope of Workers Compensation so that we can provide the best value to our policy holders. Daily tasks comprise of reviewing audits on a case-to-case basis to guarantee precision, communicating with policy holders and agents to establish an understanding of their policies, and collaborating with other departments and associates to resolve audit related issues.
