At my time at Black Rock I was able to sling a lot and I mean a lot of Caramel Blondies. Other then that I was able to learn different ways to grow and create a positive culture for the stand that I previously worked at. Maintained the health and growth of a stand whether it was with the operations or the people involved with Etheridge!
