  • Awarded the Global Brand Excellence Award for Dremel's digital growth, across all Bosch brands globally
  • Launched the rebranded and revamped Dremel.com website across North America. Total oversight of the project launch, including sprint planning (agile), feature/functionality definition, executive presentations and debriefs, etc. 4+ languages across US and Canada

  • Ideated with our global digital agency of record, MediaMonks, on how to bring the best personalization mixed with the best overall grilling experience to create a one-of-a-kind grilling lifecycle. Incrementally growing grill sessions, and getting 'more grillers, grilling more' (my motto)
  • Oversaw our IoT project calendar and development from conception to implementation, focusing on the 6 mo - 3 year horizon
  • Managed the global push marketing, CRM and email strategies associated with the IoT product catalog and consumer experience

  • Oversaw our global, IoT app launch. This was Weber's first ever 'connected' grill. This included overseeing the entirety of the App experience from concept, UX and design to launch; as well as all global content definition and curation for the App experience. This spanned all major markets, globally, and launched on iOS and Android in early 2020
  • Led the entirety of our all-new Weber Grills Experience App build and roll-out, including globalization into key regions; spanning American, European, Asian and Australian markets. Fully iOS, with Android by early 2021. Separate from the connected App above
  • Responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Weber App, with influence and ownership in all facets of the project. This included: Initial feature/functionality definition, UX/UI and design direction, Innovation and futuristic roadmaps, Agency management and relationships, Large scale content creation camps, Entire agile development plan, Mass infrastructure builds or connections, KPI and metric definition, Connections into regional digital marketing platforms, Legal vetting; including GDPR compliance, C-Suite and BoD visibility and communication

  • Pioneered Weber's first ever global digital project launch, Genesis II. This included collaborating and conceptualizing the story, design and UX/UI of two different 'product-launch' sites, and then realizing and activating the sites globally. In total we stood up two comprehensive product specific websites in 35+ countries and over 40+ languages
  • Managed all content development for the Genesis II product sites. This included four large scale, international video shoots, with global agencies, as well as numerous photo shoots and carefully refined copy curation
  • Winner of 21 Global Digital Awards for our Genesis II Product launch site, including Gold in Digital Design, Responsive Design and full Website Design. Awards include: AWWWARDS, FWA, DDA, Creative Circle Award, Lovie Awards, Webby Awards, Ciclope Festival Awards, Acquia Engage Awards and Hermes Creative Awards
  • Implemented the strategy and execution of global website personalization with Acquia Lift. This allowed for a unique and personalized experience for every web visit based on all data available. This was pivotal for ecommerce growth and content consumption based on persona
  • Oversaw the entire RFP process for our global database and web personalization builds. This included brief curation, vendor relationships, executive presentations, decision and activation
  • Instrumental in our global .com redesign; digital creative and content curation, narrative storytelling, and digital branding. Now live in 30+ countries

  • Oversaw all email operations for the As We Change, Easy Comforts, and Exposures corporate brands
  • Responsible for 30% year over year (YOY) promotable file growth, 35% YOY ecommerce sales growth and 40% YOY automated (triggered) ecommerce sales growth. The YOY growth in automated emails also lead to a decrease in YOY promo spend meaning an extremely healthy ad-to-sales ratio
  • Implemented and continuously tested new triggered email campaigns across all corporate brands looking to increase efficiencies with our file as well as maximize profitability. This included implementing a multi-touch transactional series, welcome series, activation series, post purchase program and abandon cart series
  • Directed all ad-hoc email testing across As We Change, Easy Comforts, and Exposures brands. This included frequency testing, catalog stream testing, day of week and time of day testing, promo testing and more
  • Coordinated brand level campaigns for our Health and Wellness divisions that span all digital channels and many print avenues driving both ecommerce and offline sales growth. This included email, search, social, retargeting, direct mail, catalog blow-ins, and package inserts
  • Managed the Direct Response Television program for the company. This included vendor relationships, market research, testing and analysis, and ultimately campaign roll out for products spanning all corporate brands

  • Orchestrated a corporate customer strategy focus for all channels and functions of the business. This included segmenting our entire buyer file as well as implementing campaigns to maximize profits across segments
  • Managed the first ever Direct Response Television Advertisement for Silver Star Brands. Oversaw all of the internal and external implementation and relationships, testing, data analyzation and the complete roll out. Managed a team of 20+ for this campaign
  • Oversaw the entire Alternative Media program for all five corporate divisions of Silver Star Brands. This included campaigns such as Direct Response Television, Radio, SkyMall, Direct Mail pieces, Package Enclosures, Blow-ins, Free Standing Inserts and On Page Advertising
