For the past 16-17 years now, I have been a student athlete who has dedicated his time to pursuing goals. While promoting team player mentality and performing well under pressure, in most cases, I got to endure many new connections, skills, and abilities along the way. Being a catcher in baseball for so many years, I gained so much experience in some would say, the most important position on the field. I learned how to be more of a leader and also a team player. Baseball wise, It was known that teams lost not only because of one single person, but simply because, the entire team just didn't played well enough that day and didn't achieve the goal at hand. But one of the most important lessons over time I learned was how to deal with negative emotions that came from both the personal side and baseball side of my life.
I usually try to keep with my exercise and eating habits. I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week depending on my work schedule. I usually portion my meals using food tubs, I just put rice and chicken, sometimes I'll cook some vegetables and throw them in there for the next day as well. Which brings me to cooking, I don't cook much because my mom is a kitchen hog, but I sometimes find interesting recipes online, instagram or tiktok, and see how close I can get to theirs. Other than that I enjoy the outdoors, so hiking is a necessity sometimes when I need to clear my mind. Other times I'll just go for a drive. I'm an up and coming snowboard enthusiast as well, learning more and more every time I go. Finally, I have some experience with demolition and tearing down certain walls/structures since I've worked with my dad on his side construction jobs on and off, since the age of 12.
