- While in my position, my roles and responsibilities are:
- Train operators in the proper use of precision measuring instruments on the line.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams on process optimization initiatives involving measurement systems analysis and help push better parts for the line.
- Performed preventative maintenance on metrology equipment to ensure accurate operation, this includes all scanners, gauges, any other equipment frequently used on day to day basis.
- Used Hexagon Arm scanners, Hexagon Probing device, creaform C-track Scanner.
- Developed quality control processes for new products and improved existing ones.
- Created new Process for Inbound Inspections on the Cab's and helped define a criteria for the plant.

- While in Incoming Quality, i was interviewed for VRE Analyst position. After intensive interview process, i was brought on the team. My new Responsibilities were:
- To Address all related defects, this included Engineering, Manufacturing and supplier related defects and issues.
- Conducted detailed analysis on Defected parts and findings to summarize findings for Management Leadership.
- Performed quality assurance to assess data and validate results and preform multiple test to ensure we had an adequate improvement process.
- Utilized formulas to extract data from queries into Excel spreadsheets.
- Delivered analytic support to identify high-priority opportunities within the line, While examining system issues and appling resolutions to reduce downtime for line.
- Participated in regular meetings with our VRE's to assess and address issues and identify and implement improvements related to Defects.
- I was assigned to Interior components and electrical as well.
- While in this position, i was able to work on a few parts and draw up an analysis and run trials to test the capabilities of analysis until we were able to implement a better adequate process.

- While at Lucid Motors, i was hired on as an Incoming Quality Technician due to my Automotive Experience background. While in this role, i preformed the following duties:
- Worked with various Engineering departments on tasks and communicating between departments on findings.
- Supported Supplier Quality Engineers and Incoming Quality Engineers on Investigations for defected parts. This included measuring and gathering data on defected parts to compare with known good parts. Helping by sorting through parts deemed to be a supplier related issue and confirming if it was a supplier related defect or an engineering related defect.
- Kept the production line running and clear of any Supplier related defects off the line to ensure line was clean.
- I was moved to 2nd shift where i was tasked with taking care of the MRB cage(Material Review Board) and preformed MRB walks. This included reviewing defected parts for supplier related issues, Engineering related issues and Manufacturing related issues.
- Supported on campaigns with supplier related defects. While also assiting and clearing cars on MES data base.
