Successfully implemented new payer vendor program “Vatica” into all primary care practices over 4-month period by coordinating scheduling, patient reporting, and tracking/communicating provider performance, utilization, and incentive dollars, accruing to $140,250 for medical group in CY 2017
Strategized with team on Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) project initiative involving collaboration with providers to create note template based on CMS requirements and payer metrics, including provider/manager education
Developed and oversaw processes across all practices with vendor online platforms from 5 different Medicare Advantage payers for metrics reporting and active closure of gaps, resulting in one payer reimbursement of $114,150
Used and analyzed EPIC reporting to identify patient attribution and scheduling, and worked with team on implementation of Healthy Planet to identify gaps in care on practice and provider levels
