In 2010 I was asked to speak at the AST Conference the title of my talk was Approaches to Multispecialty and Multidisciplinary Surgery. My talk was about Surgical CAses that I would do that involved Colorectal,Orthopedic, and Plastic involving recurrent Colorectal surgery. the would be APR, Vaginectomy with functional vagina with muscle reconstruction, sacretomy, and interopertaive Radiation.
Worked with Charge nurse to create Computer and Binders for staff to use when staff are assigned to assist with Organ Donation. Procedure was standardized for staff with basic setup, charting with Epic, and working with surgeons from outside facilities.
Received Many work awards for being a team player and going beyond my duties to help the team
Received Scouter of the year. Was nominated by my scout leader for my dedication to my the scout group and to the overal scout group for serving and the cub scout educator.
