Summary

I am a veteran pianist and music teacher with 46 years of combined performing, private lesson and public school teaching experience under my belt. I have taught piano and general music classes in many different settings, from private homes, to church basements, inner city public schools, North Shore pre-schools, suburban community music schools, and North Shore public schools.

I am also an accomplished pianist. During my undergraduate years at The Cleveland Institute of Music, I was a soloist with their symphony orchestra (1979). I have also been a soloist with the Suburban Symphony Orchestra in Beachwood, Ohio (1980), and the Roosevelt University Symphony Orchestra (1985).

I have extensive experience as a chamber music player and collaborative pianist as well. This includes accompaniment and chamber music work with voice and instrumental college students, freelance instrumentalists, professional vocalists, as well as choral accompanying at the college and post collegiate level.
