  • Perform degree audits and participate in commencement activities
  • Have extensive knowledge of all of CSU's undergraduate programs of study to provide well-informed educational recommendations to undecided students
  • Assist the Director of Undergraduate Advising in managing any escalated student issue that relates to advising
  • Serve as a member of the Student Success Task Force providing insight into efforts to improve retention, persistence, and graduation rates
  • Participate with other special projects/committees as assigned
