This strategic approach has yielded remarkable results, contributing to a 30% increase in overall hotel revenue for both 2023 and 2024, which includes a 25% surge in the overall guest resort fee for 2024. 

These accomplishments underscore my commitment to elevating guest experiences and driving substantial financial growth.

Project 1:

Conceptualized and implemented W South Beach's Wellness Program for 2022/2023 in partnerships with GOOP, Lululemon, and DOGPOUND Fitness, attracting VIPs and high-profile guests and increasing venue visibility.  

- Upheld rigorous quality assurance standards for guest interactions, luxury services, and protocols. 

- Defined and handled programming and departmental budget while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for photography, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and entertainment, all while maintaining profitability. 

- Implemented training programs and guidelines to ensure consistent service excellence across all departments.  

- Developed and prepared digital marketing collateral focused on all Wellness programming offerings for the Marriott Bonvoy website and Book4Time reservation system

Project 2: 

- Partnered with Formula One Miami while hosting the Williams Racing Team. Created a unique culinary and nightlife programming guest in partnership with TRUFF, thus enhancing the restaurant venue's reputation, increasing ROIs, and drawing larger crowds. 

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch this marketing campaign including digital marketing, design agencies, eblast, social media, and photography. 

- Monitored and analyzed key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of this marketing campaign and made data-driven decisions to optimize strategies for 2024.
