• What I did as part of that regiment was create documents and host fun events. I made my regiment active and tried to be the number one regiment. I've revamped the regiment server and listened to fellow staff members on what I should add. I can work well with other people, even if I don't know them. I'm a very social person. I have worked in other different types of jobs, such as moderation manager, regimental logistics officer, executive officer, OCS training instructor, and 160th staff position. I am experienced, and I know what I will do if I get the job. I have plans already to make the regiment disciplined, active, mature, fun, and entertaining for people who would like to join the regiment.

As a moderation manager, I wasn't that active because at that time I was an instructor and the executive officer of Military Police, but even though I have strived to make the side regiment active so that moderators can hope in VC and do their quota to just patrol around the servers making sure there weren't any people breaking the rules of some sort, I did not stay long as I did things that would prevent me from ever getting a staff position.
