I have worked as long as I can remember, splitting and stacking wood, lawn care, painting, and/or animal care for my family and neighbors. I have also spent an enormous amount of time working at Red Bank Outfitters throwing clays, picking birds, skinning hogs, and teaching others how to hunt. I have participated in FFA for four years. I have shown both a hog and a steer, as well as entered my welding projects throughout my FFA career. I have also played football for 8 years, where I was defense captain for all four years of high school. I was All League Linebacker. My favorite hobbies are to hunt and fish. I have volunteered at events such as the Red Bluff Bull sale, Farm Day, Treat Street for the Red Bluff City Fire, Special Olympics and as a referee for Jr. football leagues. I am excited to join Cal-Fire to help protect and to follow in my brother's footsteps.
