Cooper Johnson

During my time at T. Johnson Concrete Construction LLC I have had many roles. Part of which is driving a dump truck and hauling a skidsteer from job to job and running both machines when needed. With that comes maintaining both of the machines as well along with all of our trailers.

Another part of that has been being a laborer/concrete finisher which had many tasks from setting up jobs to finishing concrete at the end of a pour. I endure a lot of lifting of objects over fifty pounds and use power tools and machinery to get each job completed.

One of the largest parts of my job is being the foreman and managing a crew of seven people to stay on task working together in a timely manner to get the job at hand done. Between training new hires and inspecting jobs before and after we are finished I'm used to a fast paced environment making it easy to make timely decisions. I work with homeowners to help achieve the correct end result of what they had envisioned to make sure that everyone is happy with the work done. I also monitor supplies and get them as needed so we do not run out of anything necessary to complete each job.

Overall, I have many tasks I do in a day depending upon what has to be accomplished in each day.
