Cooper Lippi

I have extensive experience working as a coach for my high school's baseball camp, where I assumed leadership responsibilities in guiding children through a range of drills and games. Over the course of two years, I effectively led sessions for diverse age groups, accumulating experience in managing and instructing over 50 young athletes each time. This role provided me with invaluable opportunities to cultivate leadership skills and foster a positive learning environment.

While being on the track and field team at my high school, I stepped up and took over the role as one of our team captains. This job required keeping my teammates on task and working towards the overall improvement of our team. I learned valuable skills through two years of varsity track including teamwork, leadership, communication, and taking accountability for myself and others.
