Refereeing 3rd and 4th grade youth basketball games during the winter season. It is my job to keep the game moving while also teaching the fundamentals of the game of basketball. I make foul/violation calls while also maintaining a positive game environment for the kids. It is also my job to mentor kids and keep the game of basketball fun.
