Cadet Summer Training, July 2023 - August 2023

  • Participated in Cadet Summer Training (CST), the largest annual training event in the Army, designed to lay the foundation of Army future leaders in the Active force, Army Reserve and National Guard.
  • Developed and honed leadership skills in real-world, military environment.
  • Expanded communication skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure, through various training activities such as field exercises, leadership labs, and simulations.

Company Training Officer, December 2023 - May 2024

  • Led training and development of 120 cadets through a semester of the ROTC program.
  • Instilled and modeled the values of integrity, tenacity, honesty, and adaptability in order to create successful future Army Officers.
  • Supervised, directed and advised fellow cadets to ensure all activities and training were planned, coordinated, and executed effectively and efficiently.

Lead Platoon Training Officer, August 2023 - December 2024

  • Mentored 40 underclassmen cadets through counselings, evaluations and training.
  • Responsible for the development of cadets within the platoon and delegated tasks to subordinate cadets.

  • The Army ROTC program works very closely with the Clemson Downs Senior Living Community located just off Clemson Campus. I have helped plan and attend several events that occur between the Senior Community and the Army ROTC program such as holiday events, careboxes, dances, and memorials marches/runs.
