Cadet Summer Training, July 2023 - August 2023

• Participated in Cadet Summer Training (CST), the largest annual training event in the Army, designed to lay the foundation of Army future leaders in the Active force, Army Reserve and National Guard.
• Developed and honed leadership skills in real-world, military environment.
• Expanded communication skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure, through various training activities such as field exercises, leadership labs, and simulations.

Company Training Officer, December 2023 - May 2024

• Led training and development of 120 cadets through a semester of the ROTC program.
• Instilled and modeled the values of integrity, tenacity, honesty, and adaptability in order to create successful future Army Officers.
• Supervised, directed and advised fellow cadets to ensure all activities and training were planned, coordinated, and executed effectively and efficiently.

Lead Platoon Training Officer, August 2023 - December 2024

• Mentored 40 underclassmen cadets through counselings, evaluations and training.
• Responsible for the development of cadets within the platoon and delegated tasks to subordinate cadets.

Staff Ride Liaison

• Selected by Clemson ROTC leadership to plan the senior class trip to Washington D.C.
• Responsible for all aspects of financial planning to include budget formulation and solicitation.
• Identified and implemented full schedule of activities to enhance this seminal leadership experience.

• Selected for a competitive and prestigious opportunity to serve at a highly visible, strategically important, US Mission in Germany.
• Participated in meetings with senior-level U.S. Government officials.
• Drafted, edited, and produced post-specific communications, talking points, and video materials used by US Mission staff in Germany and beyond.
• Through this RSC effort, engaged directly with US and foreign audiences to help explain important information aiding in the day-to-day operations of US Missions through Europe and Africa.

• Collaborated with police officers daily to issue tickets, direct traffic, handle civil complaints appropriately, and patrol beaches.
• Capitalized on my Spanish fluency to communicate clearly and effectively with local residents.
• Employed strategic problem-solving skills to productively solve and deescalate daily conflicts involving traffic regulation and ticket issuance.

• Enhanced safety awareness among participants through regular instruction on equipment usage, water conditions, and rescue procedures.
• Provided exceptional customer service by being attentive to participants'' needs and addressing concerns promptly.
• Promoted environmental stewardship among students by incorporating Leave No Trace principles into lesson content and group activities.
