Cooper Arity Lesniak

My experience includes one-on-one and small group assistance in various subjects (Math, ELA).

I have collaborated with teachers to develop and implement individualized education, while following plans in place for students with special needs.

In order to improved classroom management, I have assisted teachers with behavioral interventions and monitoring student.

I have developed strong relationships with students, fostering a positive learning environment throughout Blythe Park Elementary.

In three years I have provided support to special education students in inclusive classrooms, meeting accommodations for students' with an IEP and with students who have a 504.

I have always work toward developing accommodations and modifications to meet students unique needs.

My goal is to assist in creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment, that promotes emotional well-being and academic growth for all students.
